All trading data entered into the app is provided directly by users. Financial Tech Wiz does not independently verify the accuracy of this data.

The Financial Tech Wiz Trading Journal App, hosted at journal.financialtechwiz.com, may also collect product telemetry typical of a SaaS application, including page views inside the app, button clicks, feature usage, error events, and timestamps. This telemetry is used to maintain reliability, improve features, and diagnose issues; it is not used for cross-site advertising.

2.3 Payment and Subscription Information

Financial Tech Wiz does not directly process or store full payment card information.

Payments, subscriptions, free trials, and billing are handled by Whop or other third-party payment processors. We may receive limited billing-related information, including:

  • Subscription status and access entitlements

  • Trial start and end dates

Payment card details are handled exclusively by the applicable payment processor.

2.4 Community and Communication Data

These providers process data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

When you subscribe to a Financial Tech Wiz product through Whop, Whop provides Financial Tech Wiz with your subscription status, the email address used at checkout, and a Whop user ID. Whop processes payment data directly and Financial Tech Wiz does not receive or store payment card information.

6.2 Business Transfers

If Mike’s Marketing Solutions LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6.3 Legal Obligations

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or lawful request by public authorities.

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services and meet the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Specific retention periods include:

  • Website analytics (Google Analytics 4): retained on the GA4 default of 14 months unless overridden
  • Support inquiries: retained for up to 24 months for service quality and reference

We may retain residual or backup copies of deleted information for a limited period as part of routine system backups. We securely delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

Global Privacy Control: If you visit Financial Tech Wiz from a browser that sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that signal as a valid opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information. Financial Tech Wiz does not sell personal information in the first instance; the GPC signal is honored automatically as part of our default privacy posture.
