These rules govern participation in the Financial Tech Wiz affiliate program. By joining and promoting the Financial Tech Wiz Trading Journal through Whop, you agree to these terms. Financial Tech Wiz reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

1. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates may promote the Financial Tech Wiz Trading Journal through websites, blogs, newsletters, YouTube channels, social media accounts, Discord communities, and similar channels. All promotional content must be accurate, honest, and consistent with what the product actually does.

You are responsible for disclosing your affiliate relationship to your audience in accordance with applicable laws and platform rules, including FTC disclosure requirements in the United States.

2. Commission Terms

Affiliates earn 30% recurring revenue share on paid subscriptions referred through the Financial Tech Wiz Whop affiliate program. Commissions are calculated on actual subscription revenue generated by referred customers, minus Whop’s standard platform processing fees. Your effective payout is 30% of referred revenue after those fees are deducted by Whop.

Commission rates and program terms may be updated by Financial Tech Wiz at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes where reasonably possible.

3. Payouts Through Whop

All affiliate tracking, commission calculations, and payouts are handled through Whop. Financial Tech Wiz does not manage payouts directly. Affiliates should review their Whop affiliate dashboard and Whop’s own payout policies for details on payment schedules, minimum thresholds, and supported payout methods.

4. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are not permitted in the Financial Tech Wiz affiliate program:

• Spam or unsolicited messages of any kind
• Misleading claims about the product, its features, or what it can do for traders
• Fake income claims, guaranteed results, or other financial promises
• Self-referrals (using your own affiliate link to purchase a subscription)
• Creating fake accounts, reviews, or testimonials
• Unauthorized coupons, discounts, or promotional codes not issued by Financial Tech Wiz
• Impersonating Financial Tech Wiz, its founder, or its staff
• Using Financial Tech Wiz branding, name, or trademarks in a misleading or unauthorized way
• Bidding on Financial Tech Wiz branded keywords in paid search without prior written approval
• Any activity that violates Whop’s terms of service

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a referred customer receives a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission may be reversed or deducted from future earnings. Financial Tech Wiz and Whop handle refund determinations according to their respective policies.

6. Taxes and Compliance

Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on commissions earned. Financial Tech Wiz does not provide tax advice. You are also responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction related to affiliate marketing, advertising disclosure, and income reporting.

7. Program Changes and Termination

Financial Tech Wiz reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates who violate these rules may be removed from the program at Financial Tech Wiz’s discretion, and any unpaid commissions tied to prohibited activity may be forfeited.
