3 Daily Pivot Breakouts From September 10, 2026

  • LFST: LifeStance Health Group, Inc., mental health care platform
  • APPS: Digital Turbine, Inc., mobile advertising and OEM software
  • WTI: W&T Offshore, Inc., offshore oil and gas exploration and production

LFST: LifeStance Health Group, Inc.

  • Daily Pivot breakout on September 10, 2026: LifeStance triggered a Daily Pivot breakout today, one day after announcing a secondary offering of 22.25 million shares alongside a 2 million share buyback from the underwriter. Barclays and Canaccord both raised their price targets to $15 within 24 hours, essentially defending the offering price as a floor.
  • Bull case: Revenue has grown from $312 million to $435 million over the past two years, with free cash flow swinging from negative $10 million to positive $87.9 million, and major funds like BlackRock, Wellington, and T. Rowe Price all built new positions in August. LifeStance is also the largest mental health care platform in the country, a market that’s still deeply underpenetrated.
  • Bear case: EPS of $0.06 missed estimates last quarter, and the secondary offering diluted the float by roughly 6% even with the buyback attached. The staffing-heavy business model is exposed to therapist attrition and wage inflation, and a good chunk of revenue depends on insurance and Medicaid reimbursement rates.

APPS: Digital Turbine, Inc.

  • Daily Pivot breakout on September 10, 2026: Digital Turbine triggered a Daily Pivot breakout today, continuing to digest its huge post-earnings run from early August. The move followed an August 4 beat, EPS of $0.19 versus $0.14 expected, with Benchmark raising its price target to $16 the next day.
  • Bull case: Revenue has climbed from $118.7 million to $166 million over two years while the company flipped from a $0.24 loss to a $0.19 profit per share, and free cash flow is now positive. Big funds piled in after earnings too, including D.E. Shaw, Two Sigma, and Invesco.
  • Bear case: Digital Turbine is still unprofitable on a GAAP basis, and the stock is already up roughly 75% off its August gap base, so today’s breakout is coming from a lower level than the original move. The mobile advertising and OEM software business also carries real platform risk from Android policy changes and OEM contract renewals.

WTI: W&T Offshore, Inc.

  • Daily Pivot breakout on September 10, 2026: W&T Offshore triggered a Daily Pivot breakout today with no fresh news behind it, just a continuation of the quiet uptrend it’s been in since late February. The company’s last real catalyst was an August 5 earnings beat, its first profitable quarter in a while.
  • Bull case: Revenue has grown from $120 million to $162 million over the past year, gross margin jumped to 56%, and free cash flow turned positive at $24.7 million, the best quarter in a long time. The balance sheet is improving fast too, with net debt to EBITDA falling from 2.1 times to 1.3 times, and funds like D.E. Shaw and Two Sigma have been buying.
  • Bear case: As an offshore driller, W&T Offshore’s earnings are directly tied to oil and gas prices, and any pullback there hits the thesis fast. There’s no analyst coverage on the stock, no growth story beyond the commodity cycle, and it’s already up more than 160% since December, so this isn’t an early-stage setup.
